about

Meet ALI

Most people think creativity and analysis sit on opposite sides of the brain. I've never experienced them that way.

The deeper I navigated systems, the more I realized analysis eventually reaches its limits.

Art didn't replace analysis. It expanded it.

my story

For much of my life, analysis was my greatest strength, but creating art expanded that strength by aiding me in seeing beyond, to notice patterns, embrace ambiguity, and remain curious. The space in which successful outcomes come alive.

In art, I found myself approaching every project the same way I approached conflict and strategy: understand every perspective, remove unnecessary friction, and create harmony.

As a cognitive reconciliation expert with a foundation in law and biology, I have spent years in organizational leadership helping people reconcile contentious thinking, build clarifying structures, and cultivate mindsets capable of sustaining cohesion.

I have seen firsthand how unresolved thinking creates tension. In individuals. In organizations. At home. The pattern is always the same. Not a failure of intelligence or intention, but a failure of cohesion. A failure of discernment.

My legal background sharpened the ability to ask the questions that matter, fostering discernment on complex issues where clarity is rarely straightforward. A foundation in biology and medical sociology deepened that work further, providing a rigorous understanding of the neural processes that govern behavior, cognition, and emotion. That foundation led naturally to cognitive reconciliation and lifestyle medicine, where the mind and body are understood not as separate systems but as one.

Over fifteen years of leadership and wellbeing work, including leading the work of a Nobel Peace Prize Laureate on peace and reconciliation, refined that into something more precise.

Insightful observation. Subject matter expertise.

A commitment to seeing the person clearly, without agenda. Elevating the human experience in an increasingly complex terrain.

Not here for the clout, just my client.

The Work of Reconciliation | restoring connection

it repairs and restores

1

Reconciled principles repair and restore the mind by moving it from fragmentation toward connection.

it is analysis & framework led

2

At its core, reconciliation is the process of bringing things into alignment and resolving inconsistencies so that what is intended, experienced, and expressed can exist in coherence. From an art and design lens, it operates as a visual and analytical act: bringing disparate elements, perspectives, or fragments into relationship without necessarily erasing their differences.

Creates Clarity, Coherence & Stability

Whether the subject is a canvas, a mind, a ledger, or a relationship, the process begins the same way. See what is actually there. Identify what is in conflict. Create the conditions where integration becomes possible. Produce cohesion that lives.
