ALLIED COACHING

One-on-one coaching experiences grounded in lifestyle medicine and informed by the complexities of the human mind.

The way we think shapes how we navigate relationships, lead in business, raise children, and move through the everyday demands of life. And yet, much of the time, we operate on autopilot, allowing mindsets formed years ago to influence the decisions we make today.

90 minute sessions create space to notice patterns, examine perspectives, and develop practical insights.

THE APPROACH

MINDSET CLUTTER TO MENTAL CALM.

Rooted in the idea that meaningful change requires more than information, it requires noticing the mindsets and behavioral patterns that shape how we think.

Informed by the evidenced based pillars of Lifestyle Medicine developed at Harvard Medical School, Allied Coaching brings together rigorous inquiry, behavioral science, and a whole-person perspective to create greater clarity and support meaningful movement.

Providing a safe space to gain insight

No one understands confidentiality and non-judgment better than a trained legal expert and credentialed coach. In a world increasingly shaped by surface relationships, performance culture, and output overload, it can be difficult to find an ally genuinely invested in the human.

Someone who sees the person before the politics, the personalities, and personas.

In-Person and remote options

Private, focused sessions designed to create space for clarity and reflection, available in person or remotely.

Original minds deserve more than artificial answers.

Alignment as Integration

Alignment has become a widely used buzzword, often invoked in personal development, leadership, and wellness spaces without a clear or consistent definition.

It is frequently promoted by self-described “experts” who may lack the training, depth, or interdisciplinary grounding required to meaningfully engage with the concept.

As a result, alignment is sometimes reduced to slogans or surface-level advice rather than understood as the complex integration of cognition, behavior and physiology.

Drawing on cognitive reconciliation alongside the principles of Lifestyle Medicine provides a practical framework for applying alignment. Bringing greater coherence between how we think, how we live, how we allocate our time, and what we prioritize.
